In fact, 89% of companies use recognition programs as part of their human resources strategy, up from 84% in 2002 and that 96% report their recognition strategy aligns with their organization strategy. There's a growing trend at some of the trendier dining establishments...B.Y.O.C. Yup...that's right. Why? Because it's eco-friendly! 63 million pairs of chopsticks are discarded DAILY! And even though disposable chopsticks came into being as an answer to using up scrap wood, in today's world that just doesn't make any sense.
