Via Twitter comes the news that police have sealed off downtown — no bridge, no buses — and are arresting everyone they can get their hands on, including concert goers and legal observers. The UpTake team was detained but not arrested, so evidently there’s not been total rampant abuse of the citizen media, despite the fact that police force has been imported from as far away as Texas and Arizona.
